Stretching
There are lots of stretching methods
around. The terminology is confusing,
too. “Extension” is one example,
“Elongation” another.

stretcing.
The stretching method itself is more
difficult. I will acquaint you with my
stretching procedure during our training.
The stretching process should be simple,
slow and meditative.
Should children stretch? I have tested the mobility of hundreds of children. Are you interested in the results?
